At eCustom Patches, we believe in complete transparency in all our interactions. By placing an order, it is understood that the buyer has thoroughly read and accepted all terms and conditions.

Contractual Agreement:

The contractual agreement between eCustom Patches and the client remains unaltered without mutual consent from eCustom Patches.

Amendments to Contract:

Any alterations or amendments to the contract require communication with our customer support team. eCustom Patches reserves the right to deny or approve changes requested by the buyer.

Change Requests:

We are committed to accommodating client requests. Minor alterations within the brief will be addressed at no additional cost. However, significant changes, such as fabric or thread replacement, may incur charges.

Design Revisions:

Clients are welcome to request multiple changes to the design before it proceeds to production. However, requests for an entirely different design under the guise of a revision will not be accommodated.

Ownership of Designs:

eCustom Patches acknowledges that the ownership of all shared designs or logos lies with the buyer. eCustom Patches does not claim ownership of the patches created. Even if a designer creates a logo, patch, trademark, or design for you, the end product remains your property.

Legal Ownership and Submission:

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the designs submitted do not infringe upon any other company’s rights. eCustom Patches reserves the right to take legal action if any such infringement is discovered.

International Orders:

For international orders, buyers bear sole responsibility for shipping and duty charges associated with the delivery.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Customized orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, a certain amount will be refunded as per the order cancellation policy.

Shipping Information Responsibility:

eCustom Patches cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect addresses or information provided by the buyer.

2. Custom Design Submission

We understand the importance of your unique ideas, and we strive to bring your vision to life. Customers must:

  • Ensure that submitted designs are free from copyright or trademark infringement.
  • Provide accurate specifications for size, colors, and other details.

Custom Patches reserves the right to decline any order containing inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material.


3. Order Placement Process

When placing an order for custom patches, customers must ensure the following:

  • All details, including patch dimensions, colors, backing type, and quantity, are provided accurately.
  • Payments are made in full to initiate the production process.

Once your order is received, you will be sent a digital proof for approval. Production will only begin once you confirm that all details are accurate.


4. Digital Proof Approval

A digital proof will be provided before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Thoroughly review the proof to ensure it matches the design specifications.
  • Approve the proof in writing or request changes before production begins.

After approval, any modifications may incur additional charges or delays in delivery.


5. Production Timeline

The timeline for production depends on the complexity of your custom patch design and the quantity ordered. Typical production times range from 7 to 14 business days after the digital proof is approved. Rush orders may be accommodated, but additional charges may apply.


6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of order placement to initiate production. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. Prices are quoted in advance and are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions or material costs.


7. Shipping & Delivery

Once your patches are completed, they will be shipped to the address provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping details.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control.

Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.


8. Cancellations and Refunds

For detailed information, please refer to our Order Cancellation Policy. Orders may be canceled if production has not yet started. Refund eligibility is determined based on the stage of production and materials used.

Custom patches are personalized products, and therefore completed or shipped orders are non-refundable.


9. Quality Assurance
